Product Description

DMB is a Gasdermin D (GSDMD) agonist (EC₅₀ = 0.7 mM). DMB directly bound to GSDMD (K_D = 1.1 mM). DMB activates GSDMD pore formation and pyroptosis without cleaving GSDMD. In vivo, DMB suppresses tumor growth without harming GSDMD-expressing immune cells in mouse tumor models. DMB is also an agonist of glucagon-like peptide 1 receptor. DMB is orally bioavailable.
