Product Description

Ebio1 is an activator of KCNQ2 voltage-gated potassium channels (EC₅₀ = 247 nM). Ebio1 activates KCNQ2 by increasing both the open probability and the conductance of the channel. Ebio1 has no effect on the voltage sensitivity of KCNQ1, KCNQ3, KCNQ4 and KCNQ5.
