Flow Cytometry: Fc gamma RII/CD32 Antibody (AT10) - Chimeric [NBP3-08998] - Human leukocytes were stained with an isotype control (panel A) or the rabbit-chimeric version of AT10 (NBP3-08998, panel B) at a concentration of 1 ug/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a AF488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit antibody and cells analysed on a FACSCanto flow-cytometer.

Background: Fc gamma RII/CD32

CD32 is a receptor for the Fc region of complexed or aggregated immunoglobulins gamma. This is a low affinity receptor. It is Involved in a variety of effector and regulatory functions such as phagocytosis of immune complexes and modulation of antibody production by B-cells. Binding to this receptor results in downmodulation of previous state of cell activation triggered via antigen receptors on B cells (BCR), T cells (TCR) or via another Fc receptor.
