FAQs for FHOD1 Antibody - BSA Free
-
Q: I have purchased the anti FHOD1 antibody, catalog number NBP1-83900, Lot R11876, and I would like to know the concentration since it is not specified in the vial. Also it would be helpful if you can recommend cell lines for which IF detection of FHOD1 with this antibody is specially good.
A: The concentration for NBP1-83900 Lot R11876 is 0.05 mg/ml. In our lab, for immunofluorescent staining of human cells, this antibody was tested in A-431 cell line wherein it showed positivity in the cytoplasm. Besides A-431, FHOD1 is highly expressed in A-549, HEK 293, HeLa and U-2 OS; and you may consider any of these cell lines as a positive control.
