Product Description

FSEN 1 is a ferroptosis suppressor protein 1 (FSP1) inhibitor (IC₅₀ = 313 nM). FSEN 1 sensitizes lung cancer cells and organoids to ferroptosis (EC₅₀ = 69 nM) through inhibition of FSP1. Inhibits FSP1 CoQ1 oxidoreductase activity (IC₅₀ = 688 nM).
