Biological Activity

GR 144053 trihydrochloride is a potent and selective platelet fibrinogen receptor glycoprotein IIb/IIIa (GpIIb/IIIa) antagonist (IC50 = 37 nM). Orally active and highly effective at inhibiting thrombus formation in vivo.
