GSK 143 is a spleen tyrosine kinase (Syk) inhibitor (pIC₅₀ = 7.5). Also inhibits phosphorylated Erk (pIC₅₀ = 7.1). Decreases cell number and viability in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CCL) cell lines.
