Scientific Data Images for Human CCL23/MPIF‑1 Antibody
Chemotaxis Induced by CCL23/MPIF‑1 and Neutral-ization by Human CCL23/MPIF‑1 Antibody.
Recombinant Human CCL23/MPIF-1 (Catalog # 371-MP) chemoattracts the THP-1 human acute monocytic leukemia cell line in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). The amount of cells that migrated through to the lower chemotaxis chamber was measured by Resazurin (Catalog # AR002). Chemotaxis elicited by Recombinant Human CCL23/MPIF-1 (1 µg/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Mouse Anti-Human CCL23/MPIF-1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB371). The ND50 is typically 2-6 µg/mL.Applications for Human CCL23/MPIF‑1 Antibody
Application
Recommended Usage
CyTOF-ready
Ready to be labeled using established conjugation methods. No BSA or other carrier proteins that could interfere with conjugation.
Intracellular Staining by Flow Cytometry
0.25 µg/106 cells
Sample: Human monocyte-derived dendritic cells treated with Recombinant Human IL‑4 (Catalog # 204-IL), Recombinant Human GM-CSF (Catalog # 215-GM), Recombinant Human TNF‑ alpha (Catalog # 210-TA), and Recombinant Human IL‑1 beta /IL‑1F2 (Catalog # 201-LB) fixed with paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with saponin

Neutralization
Measured by its ability to neutralize CCL23/MPIF‑1-induced chemotaxis in the THP‑1 human acute monocytic leukemia cell line. Howell, D. N. et al., 1985, J. Immunol. 134:971. The Neutralization Dose (ND50) is typically 2‑6 µg/mL in the presence of 1 µg/mL Recombinant Human CCL23/MPIF‑1.
