Q: I am looking for an antibody to detect murine IL6 receptor and would like to use it to block the receptor in vivo in mouse. Your data sheet briefly states, that this antibody can be used for "Blocking/Neutralizing 50-200 molar excess" - but not more infor
A: The blocking assay was performed using murine IL-6Ra over-expressing mouse fibroblasts. NBP1-06670 blocks IL-6 induced cell proliferation in a dose dependent manner, however no in vivo testing has been performed in house.
