With influenza A H1N1 Hemagglutinin - A/California/04/2009 as the standard, reaction of other H1N1 strains were as follows. The representative strains of other subtypes listed in the below table were prepared at 50 ng/mL in dilution buffer and assayed where no cross-reactivity was observed. Cross-reactivity was observed to be 1.13% with 50 ng/mL of recombinant influenza A H2N2 Hemagglutinin - A/Canada/720/2005 Protein
