Biological ActivityIWP 4 is a potent inhibitor of Wnt/β-catenin signaling (IC50 = 25 nM). Has minimal effect on Notch and Hedgehog signaling pathways. Induces differentiation of cardiomyocytes from human ESCs and iPSCs.
