Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-MRCK antibody NBP1-46823 used for IP at 3 ug/mg lysate. MRCK was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-MRCK antibody NBP1-46822, which recognizes an upstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated MRC, NBP1-46822 was used at 1 ug/ml. TORC3 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-TORC3 antibody, which recognizes an upstream epitope.
