Immunoprecipitation:MRP2 AntibodyNBP3-29447] -Detection of human ABCC2 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) prepared using NETN buffer from Hep-G2 cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ABCC2 antibody NBP3-29447 (lot NBP3-29447-1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. ABCC2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-ABCC2 antibody BL15953. For blotting immunoprecipitated ABCC2, NBP3-29447 was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.Applications for MRP2 Antibody - BSA Free
