Immunoprecipitation:NARFL AntibodyNBP3-29363] -Detection of human NARFL by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-NARFL antibody (NBP3-29363 lot 1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. NARFL was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-NARFL.. For blotting immunoprecipitated NARFL, NBP3-29363 was used at 0.4 mg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
