Application Notes
WB: Preliminary experiments gave an approx. 30 kDa band in human brain (frontal cortex) lysates, but not in human, mouse and rat heart lysates after 1 ug/ml antibody staining. This protein has a calculated MW of 31.2 kDa band according to NP_998734.1. The 30 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. IHC-P usage is reported in scientific literature (PMID: 24449343).
