Product Description

NGI 1 is an oligosaccharyltransferase (OST) inhibitor; anti-flaviviral. Inhibits dengue, Zika, West Nile, and yellow fever viruses by blocking viral RNA replication (EC₅₀ values are 0.85 and 2.2 μM for DENV and ZIKV inhibition, respectively). Selectively arrests proliferation of non-small-cell lung cancer cells that are dependent on EGFR or FGFR for survival.
