Species: Guinea PigAssay Type: In VitroCell Line/Tissue: CardiomyocytesVerified Customer | Posted 10/23/2018Non-selective cationic current was measured in guinea pig cardiomyocytes before and after superfusion with 100 µM niflumic acid for 10 min. Compared to time matched rundown, niflumic acid significantly increased inward as well as outward non-selective cationic current in cardiomyocytes.
