Chemical Name: 2-[3-(Trifluoromethyl)anilino]nicotinic acid
Biological Activity
Niflumic acid is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID); selectively inhibits COX-2. Also activates human TRPA1 inducibly expressed in HEK293 cells; displays agonist activity at GPR35.Technical Data
