NLS-StAx-h is a Wnt inhibitor (IC50 = 1.4 μM). Stapled peptide inhibitor of oncogenic Wnt signaling. Inhibits β-catenin-transcription factor interactions. Inhibits proliferation and migration of colorectal cancer cells. Cell permeable.
