Biological ActivityBlue fluorescent dye. Conjugates of this dye are strongly fluorescent even at neutral pH. Excitation maximum = 405 nm; emission maximum = 455 nm; extinction coefficient = 36000 M-1cm-1; correction factor A280 = 0.15.
