PAG (phenyl amino glutarimide) 4'-piperazine is a functionalized cereblon ligand for PROTAC® research and development; incorporates an E3 ligase ligand with a terminal piperazine for onward chemistry to generate Protein Degraders with rigid linkers. Part of a range of functionalized tool molecules for PROTAC R&D.
