WB: Approx. 90-100 kDa band observed in Jurkat lysates. Overnight incubation is recommended with this antibody. An 79 kDa band of PRAM-1 (predicted MW of 79 kDa band) and detected a migration with an apparent MW of 97 kDa is in agreement with scientific literature (Moog-Lutz et al., J. Biol. Chem, Jun 2001; 276: 22375 - 22381).
