Chemical Name: 4-[6-Methoxy-2-[(1E)-2-(3-nitrophenyl)ethenyl]-4-oxo-3(4H)quinazolinyl]benzoic acid
Biological ActivityQNZ 46 is a GluN2C/GluN2D-selective NMDA receptor non-competitive antagonist (IC50 values are 3, 6, 229, and >300, >300 μM for GluN2D, GluN2C, GluN2A, GluN2B, and GluR1, respectively). Requires binding of glutamate to the GluN2 subunit.
