FAM105B ("OTULIN") is a C65 type peptidase and a member of the ovarian tumor (OTU) protein super-family. OTULIN has exquisite specificity for linear (methionine-1-linked) ubiquitin linkages and has been shown to play a role in the regulation of NF-kB mediated signaling.
