RFP-tag antibody detects RFP-recombinant protein by immunofluorescent analysis. Sample: RFP-tag transfected HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Green: RFP-recombinant protein stained by RFP-tag antibody (NBP2-43713) diluted at 1:2000. Red: RFP is expressed in the tranfected cell. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

Non-transfected (-) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with RFP antibody [GT1610] (NBP2-43713) diluted at 1:10000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouset IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.

Background: RFP
