Immunoprecipitation:RLTPR AntibodyNBP3-30130] -Detection of human CARMIL2 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CARMIL2 antibody (NBP3-30130 lot 1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. CARMIL2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CARMIL2.. For blotting immunoprecipitated CARMIL2,was used at 0.4 mg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.Applications for RLTPR Antibody - BSA Free
