Biological Activity

RS 246204 is a R-Spondin-1 substitute. Able to initiate formation and growth of mouse intestinal organoids in media without R-Spondin-1 protein. In vivo, RS 24620 has regenerative effect in damaged intestinal epithelium mouse model.
