Species: MouseAssay Type: Ex VivoVerified Customer | Posted 03/28/2018We mix sulpiride at 2mM in ethanol. It goes into solution well.In voltammetry experiments measuring evoked dopamine release, quinpirole was used to activate D2 receptors to inhibit dopamine release. Sulpiride (600 nM) was applied afterward to reverse quinpirole effects.
