Immunoprecipitation: SATB2 Antibody [NBP1-03327]
Immunoprecipitation: SATB2 Antibody [NBP1-03327] - Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SATB2 antibody used for IP at 3 ug/mg lysate. SATB2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-SATB2 antibody, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated SATB2, was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.Applications for SATB2 Antibody - BSA Free
