SEQURNA is a synthetic thermostable RNase inhibitor for single-cell RNA-sequencing (scRNAseq), yielding single-cell libraries of equal or superior quality compared to protein-based recombinant RNase inhibitors (RRIs).Robust to various harsh treatments, such as pH changes, heating, freeze-thaw and vortexing. Compatible with Tn5 tagmentation and can replace RRI in Smart-seq3 express, extending the workable time-window of scRNAseq workflows.
