Product Description

SGC CAMKK2-1 is a potent and selective Ca²⁺-calmodulin-dependent protein kinase kinase (CaMKK) inhibitor (CAMKK2 IC₅₀ = 30 nM). Displays selectivity toward CAMKK1 and CAMKK2 over 404 kinases in a kinome wide screen (Discoverx). SGC CAMKK2-1 inhibits AMPK phosphorylation in C4-2 prostate cancer cells (IC₅₀ = 1.6 μM).
