    20μg lysate of HUVEC (lane 1), HCASMC(lane 2) and THP-1 cells (lane 3) was resolved by SDS-PAGE followed by blocking with 5% milk and incubation with NBP1-70702 (1:1000 dilution in 1% milk/TBST) overnight, and HRP-conjugated secondary antibody incubation.
