Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-29846]-

Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-29846]-Detection of human SLC6A15 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SLC6A15 antibody used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. SLC6A15 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-SLC6A15 antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated SLC6A15, was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
