Immunoprecipitation:STX17 AntibodyNBP3-30120] -Detection of human STX17 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-STX17 antibody (NBP3-30120 lot 1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. STX17 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-STX17.. For blotting immunoprecipitated STX17, NBP3-30120 was used at 0.4 mg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.Applications for STX17 Antibody - BSA Free
