SUN-B 8155 is a non-peptide calcitonin (CT) receptor agonist that fully stimulates cAMP production in CHO/hCTR cells (EC₅₀ = 21 μM). Causes a significant reduction in serum calcium concentrations in vivo following i.p. administration.
