Talsupram hydrochloride is a selective noradrenalin re-uptake inhibitor; exhibits a high affinity for the human noradrenalin transporter (NET) against SERT and DAT (IC₅₀ values are 0.79, 850 and 9300 nM for inhibition of monoamine uptake by NET, SERT and DAT respectively). Antidepressant.
