Talsupram hydrochloride is a selective noradrenalin re-uptake inhibitor; exhibits a high affinity for the human noradrenalin transporter (NET) against SERT and DAT (IC50 values are 0.79, 850 and 9300 nM for inhibition of monoamine uptake by NET, SERT and DAT respectively).
