: Taxol Janelia Fluor® 549 is a yellow-fluorescent taxol derivative for imaging of the microtubule cytoskeleton.

Used for: microtubule cytoskeleton imaging.

Application: flow cytometry, confocal microscopy, super resolution microscopy (SRM).

Properties and Photophysical Data: Excitation and emission maxima (λ) are 556 nm and 575 nm, respectively.
