Biological ActivityTFAX 546, SE is an amine reactive yellow fluorescent dye. Insensitive to pH in the range 4 - 10. Forms bright and photostable conjugates with proteins and antibodies. Suitable for use in microscopy. Excitation maximum = 554 nm; emission maximum = 570 nm; extinction coefficient = 112,000 M-1cm-1; quantum yield = 0.79.
