Product Description

UNC 1215, acid is a functionalized L3MBTL3 ligand for PROTAC® research and development. L3MBTL3-recruiting PROTACs induce nuclear-specific protein degradation of target proteins, such as FKBP12(F36V) and BRD2. UNC 1215, acid contains a carboxylic acid handle ready for conjugation to a target protein ligand.
