Immunoprecipitation: USP16 Antibody [NB100-81639] - Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cellsprepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-USP16 antibody used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. USP16 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-USP16 antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated USP16 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.Applications for USP16 Antibody
