Flow (Cell Surface): V alpha 24 J alpha 18 TCR Antibody (6B11) - Azide and BSA Free [NBP2-81003]
Flow (Cell Surface): V alpha 24 J alpha 18 TCR Antibody (6B11) - Azide and BSA Free [NBP2-81003] - A cell surface stain was performed on CD3+ hPBMCs with V alpha 24 J alpha 18 TCR antibody (6B11) NBP2-00267PE (top image) and a matched isotype control NBP2-27287 (bottom image). Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 1 ug/mL for 20 minutes at room temperature. Both antibodies were directly conjugated to Phycoerythrin. A co-stain was also performed using CD3 antibody NBP2-24867APC.Flow Cytometry: V alpha 24 J alpha 18 TCR Antibody (6B11) - Azide and BSA Free [NBP2-81003]
Flow Cytometry: V alpha 24 J alpha 18 TCR Antibody (6B11) - Azide and BSA Free [NBP2-81003] - Staining of normal human peripheral blood mononuclear cells with Anti-Human CD3 FITC and 1.0 ug of Mouse IgG1 K Isotype Control Purified (left) or 1.0 ug of Anti-Human V alpha 24 J alpha 18 TCR Purified (right) followed by F(ab')2 Anti-Mouse IgG PE.
