Chemical Name: (2E)-1-[2,4-Dihydroxy-6-methoxy-3-(3-methyl-2-buten-1-yl)phenyl]-3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-propen-1-one
Biological Activity
Valosin-containing protein (VCP) inhibitor. Binds to the N domain of VCP, impairing autophagosome function and maturation. Inhibits proliferation and induces apoptosis in a variety of human cancer cell lines. Also inhibits DGAT in rat liver microsomes (IC50 = 50.3 μM).

Molarity Calculator
Calculate the mass, volume or concentration required for a solution

The molarity calculator is based on the following equation:

Mass (g) = Concentration (mol/L) x Volume (L) x Molecular Weight (g/mol)
An example of a molarity calculation using the molarity calculator:
What is the mass of compound required to make a 10 mM stock solution in 10 ml of water given that the molecular weight of the compound is 197.13 g/mol?
