XIAP Tracer mF-Smac is a fluorescent labeled peptide used as an acceptor dye with a terbium labeled BIR domain antibody in TR-FRET assays (Kd values are 4.7 nM at BIR3 (XIAP); 17.9 nM in XIAP polarization assay).
