Biological ActivitySurvivin suppressor. Down-regulates survivin expression and sensitizes human NSCLC cell lines to radiation. Enhances radiation-induced tumor regression in nude mice bearing NSCLC xenografts. Also induces apoptosis in TRAIL-resistant glioma cells in vitro.
