Z-VRPR-FMK trifluoroacetate salt is an irreversible MALT1 inhibitor. Suppresses T cell activation-induced cleavage of Bcl-10 in a dose-dependent manor. Reduces Jurkat cell adhesion to fibronectin. Cell permeable.
