RiboDyEE™ Lipid Nanoparticle Encapsulation Efficiency Data Analysis Spreadsheet

To support your lipid nanoparticle (LNP) RNA encapsulation efficiency (EE) research, we provide a free data analysis spreadsheet for use with RiboDyEE. Written in collaboration with the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, the data processing spreadsheet includes sections for high and low concentration standard calibration curves, plus data analysis to determine LNP fluorescence, RNA concentrations and encapsulation efficiency.
