FBXO28 Lysates

FBXO28 (F-box only protein 28) is a 41 kDa member of the F-box protein family. Members of this family are characterized by an approximately 40-amino acid F-box motif. F-box proteins, along with SKP1 and cullin form SCF complexes that act as protein-ubiquitin ligases. FBXO28 probably recognizes and binds to some phosphorylated proteins and promotes their ubiquitination and degradation.
