Melanin-concentrating hormone (MCH) is a neuropeptide that is expressed in the central and peripheral nervous systems and plays an important role in the control of feeding behaviors and energy metabolism. MCH acts on two GPCRs: MCH₁ (GPR24) and MCH₂ (GPR145).
