Neuropeptide FF/AF (NPFF) receptors are a group of Gi/Go-protein-coupled receptors that are divided into two subtypes; NPFF1 and NPFF2. NPFF receptors act through inhibition of adenylyl cyclase and activation of phospholipase C and are coupled to voltage-gated N-type calcium channels.
