PPIH Lysates

PPIases accelerate the folding of proteins. It catalyzes the cis trans isomerization of proline imidic peptide bonds in oligopeptides. Participates in pre mRNA splicing. May play a role in the assembly of the U4/U5/U6 tri snRNP complex. May act as a chaperone. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the peptidyl prolyl cis trans isomerase (PPIase) family.
