RAPGEFL1 Lysates

RAPGEFL1, also known as Rap guanine nucleotide exchange factor-like 1, has a 662 amino acid long isoform that is approximately 73kDa, and two shorter isoforms that are 456 amino acids and 511 amino acids, respectively. Research shows that RAPGEFL1 is likely a guanine nucleotide exchange factor, which activates GTPases via the release of GDP and binding of GTP. RAPGEFL1 has also been shown to interact with MLH1.
